Do I have to use IMCE?

No. Acquia Cohesion allows the site builder to select, either use of IMCE or Entity browser for browsing and selecting images.

If I change a Helper layout, will it change where it's used?

No. Helpers are coupled with the page once placed. Changes to the Helper layout will not affect existing instances.

Why can I create more than one Acquia Cohesion template for the full view mode?

You can create more than one template to provide layout and style alternatives with the use of the template selector.

Why is the preview in the Style builder not updating?

The style preview may not be updated because the refresh icon hasn't been toggled to the active state.
