No. Helpers are coupled with the page once placed. Changes to the Helper layout will not affect existing instances.

No, you cannot layout forms with Site Studio.
The 'Range' in the menu list item element sets which list items at the current level the settings should apply to.
You can style tables or forms through the use of base or custom styles.
You don’t have to add units unless you want to use a specific unit or you’re adding Custom CSS properties.
If you're removing styling from a base style, those styles still apply until you have saved the base style.
If you’re trying to rotate the element front on, use the Z rotate property.
Base styles are CSS styles for HTML elements.
You can use Elements to create content but we don't recommend doing so for multiple reasons.
