Why is there a heading title at the top of the page?

This is because you have the page title block in the content region.

Do I have to use IMCE?

No. Site Studio allows the site builder to select, either use of IMCE or Entity browser for browsing and selecting images.

Does the component link field support internal and external URLs?

Yes, the component link field supports both internal and external URLs.

Is it safe to run 'composer update' on my Lightning and Site Studio site?

Running the composer update command will update any composer packages that have newer versions available.

If I change a Helper layout, will it change where it's used?

No. Helpers are coupled with the page once placed. Changes to the Helper layout will not affect existing instances.

Can I use Drupal Fields?

Yes, you can use Drupal fields in certain parts of Site Studio.

Should I use Drupal fields or tokens?

It depends on the use case. For fields and their field formatters use a 'Field' element, for data without field formatters, use a token.
